If you opt out of—or disenroll from—Express Scripts Medicare (PDP), you will not have prescription drug coverage.
• You can receive prescription drug coverage by enrolling in our High Option Medicare Advantage PDP during Open Season or if you experience a qualifying life event (QLE). Call APWU Health Plan at 1-800-222-2798 for more information.
• If you opt out of—or disenroll from—our PDP, your premium will not be reduced, and you may have to wait to re-enroll during Open Season or for a QLE. If you do not maintain creditable coverage, you may have to pay a late re-enrollment penalty.
