Health Plan Representatives make a very important difference for the APWU Health Plan, distinguishing us from the hundreds of other plans in the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP). You are a visible face to our members. You are an advocate and resource who can help members locate a Preferred Provider, or understand a section of the Federal Brochure; are available and proactive for questions and information about the Health Plan; and are a point of contact for information about the Health Plan. You are a source of promotional material and information about the Health Plan, making literature available and visible, promoting the Health Plan’s Web site, and making sure the Union’s Local office/post office has Plan materials.
